I have numerous pistols across various manufacturers/models, Glock, CZ, S&W. The one commonality has been my wife found all to be difficult to rack, leaving her limited to revolvers. The MP EZ is the first to address this issue, where my wife can now easily rack the slide. The single stack handle makes it easier for her smaller hands to grip, while feeling very comfortable for me as well (being used to DS). I also like the enhanced beaver tail over the MP 2.0 given shes not used to slide

This S&W M&P SHIELD 9MM EZ Is everything they say it is. I bought one for my wife. And she loves it. I Liked it so much I bought one for myself.

Pistol functions flawlessly, exactly what I wanted. Don't even notice the grip safety when shooting. Delivery was fast to my local gun shop, great job Palmetto!

Much easier to operate, as advertised. Grip Safety geometry needs some work. Several people had trouble reliably keeping it disengaged while shooting. This is a good aftermarket opportunity, if S&W doesn't do it.

As a first time gun owner, this gun didn't disappoint. I love it. As well as the delivery to my local gun store was on time, great job palmetto!

I particularly like the size and the easy to rack slide. That makes a big difference for me. I have enjoyed practicing at the range.

Bought this as some extra personal protection. Has a nice easily concealed frame size, shoots remarkably well. Fair amount of recoil. Think this will become my everyday carry arm. I'm impressed

I love the feel of this pistol and the ease of racking the slide and loading the magazines. Absolutely hate the grip safety. It is terrible. They should have copied the ease of use from a 1911

Bought the .380 acp version for my wife. Eventhough she has arthritis in her hands and wrists. She loves the EZ 380 and shoots consistently better than her previous 2 hand guns. The EZ in our opinion is the best semi-auto for civilian carry. My only wish is it came with the "Magazine Disconnect Safety Feature".

Love everything about it. But, if yours eyes aren’t good, opt for the performance center version. Excellent sights on the performance center. With that being said, the gun it’s self five stars. Love the easy loading of the magazine, the chambering of round and easy field stripping of the weapon. Diffidently would recommend.

I've only been able to shoot it once, and am not terribly experienced in general. But, it was easy to shoot and small and lightweight enough to conceal. Cleaning it wasn't hard even though I'd never cleaned a gun before. Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I originally purchased this 380 because my RA is taking a toll on my hands and wrists. After putting over 300 rounds through it with no problems, I am confident enough to move to the 9mm and let my wife carry this. What's really kind of embarrassing is, she hasn't shot a pistol in many years. After running through 4 magazines I find she shot her first rounds better than I did. So I have great confidence she will have no problems with this pistol. Great product, great price! Thanks, Palmetto!

Well I don’t know, PSA sent the wrong gun to my FFL and it took a while for PSA to issue a return label. So I still don’t have the right gun and it’s pretty frustrating. Also I ordered 12 gauge turkey loads and received 20 gauge. So not sure if I’ll like it or not. I guess they are extremely busy!!

Have not had a chance to hit the range yet, but everything else with this bad boy is exactly as advertised. Love the easy (EZ … hah!) slide action, and fit and finish. Can't wait to cycle a few rounds through it!

As I age I am losing some strength in my arms and hands. I can operate this pistol easily. I like the features so well I purchased the .038 model for my wife. I recommend either of these pistols to older folks for the ease of operation. Love my Smiths.

I purchased my S&W M&P Shield EZ 9mm pistol on 11/23/21. I really like the feel, balance, ease of racking the slide and the accuracy in placing a round on target. The reason for giving only two stars is: With a full magazine in the gun, after firing a round the slide locks open like the magazine is empty. I have to manually release the slide to fire another round. This happened for each round fired. After contacting Smith & Wesson, they are paying the return shipping to have

I really love this weapon, very reliable but I had to send mine back to Smith-and Wesson because of a broken bolt face, and have seen several other with the same problem, I work on Smiths all the time and I wanted to know if you had experienced this, I currently have several EZs and just curious!

How could the “state of California” know anything? This is a fine gun . And the “state of California” chose not to prosecute the murderer of Kate Steinle! So much for how much it “knows”!

Truly easy to load the mags, rack the slide, and disassemble for cleaning. Great for smaller hands ands grips are textured and little rough which I like.

Surprisingly good trigger. This is used primarily by a female shooter and she's been very happy with it. The slide manipulation, easy load mags, and trigger have made her more comfortable and confident with her handgun use.
