1 year agoDecent conceal carry piece. My only issue is the grip is like 36 grit sandpaper against your skin when carrying IWB. I glued a mouse pad to my holster so I had something between the grip and my skin. Rounders makes a great IWB holster that fits this model.

1 year agoShoots nice and carries comfortable due to narrow profile. I am not big on a lasers for self defense because I believe most shootings are over in seconds. However, I like having the laser option.

1 year agoBeen waiting a long time for this to become available again. Like all S&W’s it’s smooth and flawless functioning, and super easy to disassemble and clean. The built in Crimson laser is dead on! I love it!

1 year agoOnly shot once but zero fails. never had a 45 with zero fails. doesn't kick as hard as you would think and for a sub compact 45 is as accurate as my berreta 92. this is now my main carry gun.

1 year agoGood size overall for a compact. The laser is slightly off out the box, but we were at about 15 yards which in most cases would be double the distance in an emergency. Plus seems like it’s adjustable

1 year agoMy M&P shield 2.0 45 with the Crimson Trace is my new CC piece. Great combo at a great price. Came out of the box with everything I needed. Ran about 200 rounds with not a single problem. Made some small adjustments to the CT-laser and it is dead nuts on at 30 ft. Several of my friends have recommended to me, glad I listened. Thanks PSA. Might get one with a green laser next.

1 year agoLove this gun! Heavy but a nail driver once you adjust the laser! Took it to the range and has a lot less kick then I was predicting! If you’re looking for a 45 concealed gun this is it!

1 year agoWith Oregon gun laws possibly changing I wanted something that would be compliant in regards to round capacity but have more punch than a 9mm. Having never held one I was concerned about how it would feel in my hands. With the 7 round magazine, it fits my hands great! I don’t have huge hands but they are big and many compacts/subcompacts don’t offer a place for my pinky to wrap or rest, this gun does. It shoots flawlessly and doesn’t kick as much as I thought it would. It is very controllable
