Nice gun, best price I could find. Grabagun is easy to deal with. This is my second purchase from them

Great looking revolver. The recoil is brutal with full power loads. Stick to 44 special to have fun while shotting. I gave 3 stars because after one range trip and only about 30 rounds (44 SPL) , 10 full power rounds (44mag) the recoil already knocked loosed the grips which I have to tighten and also the cylinder release screw which you'll need to tighten with a screwdriver. One other thing is the sights are HORRIBLE. YOu would think for $900 Smith & Wesson could put a good

I was a little disappointed when I saw the cylinder ring that was already on my brand new blued revolver when I picked it up. But other than that issue it’s a nice weapon

The revolver I bought isn't the fancy engraved version, but it looks great, works great, and is well made. I've only put about three hundred rounds through it, but I'm very happy with my S&W Model 29. I would consider buying another one (maybe if I saw one with a 6 1/2" barrel up on Sportman's Warehouse display rack)."

Great revolver. I bought it with a small flaw in the top part of the barrel. Over all finish is not as nice as a Colt Shot great. I just wish the overall finish was higher quality.

Love this revolver. I have the 4" model. Use .44 Special ammo for practice; recoil is modest in this revolver. Fun to shoot. Check out Chesty Puller harness and Sourdough Pancake holster from Simply Rugged Holsters."

Beautiful revolver. Grips are terrible, but I was expecting that. If you want to have more fun at the range, get yourself a .44 mag (and maybe some shooting gloves).

If I had realized that smith was going to stop production of the early blued models. I’d gave never traded them off. So, now I’ll have to collect the “Classic series”

There is a reason why the Smith & Wesson Model 29 is still in high demand--superior quality and beautiful design. During these times of limited inventory in the marketplace, Sportsman's Warehouse offers this classic firearm at a great price. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is my 3rd time with a '29'.And boy, have they gone up over the years. My 1st one was used and had an 'action' job. I could put all 6 rounds in the 10 'X all day at 25 yds. This one was about $180. My 2nd was also a 6 1/2 barrel this one was NIB for about $380. The one I have now is a 6-inch barrel and cost used $800 I paid that about 5 years ago. I follow the Elmer Keith bullet and load in the .44 Spl. A great combo.

Very happy with the pistol but was a little disappointed to see a $102 price drop two days after the purchase. Buyers be aware that there is a charge when you go to the FFL Gun Store to pick up your purchase.

Easy, quick and thorough transaction. Was sent to my FFL dealer in no time! The next time I’m in the market to buy another gun, I’ll be shopping here for sure!

Beautiful gun. I've rarely seen a better-looking gun. It's hard to tell about these Smith and Wesson revolvers from photos...in general, I'd say that mine resembles the picture, but under ordinary light the bluing looks a little deeper and darker than most photos(which I prefer, anyway). The wood stocks look better than they do in the picture, too...Read More Read more about review stating Beautiful gun. I've rarely seen

Had to send back to Smith and Wesson the pistol I ordered was not complete so that’s the reason for the three stars
