1 year agoThe Shield trigger is very nice and, after sighting in the red dot, the accuracy is outstanding. The small extra length of the barrel helps with the accuracy.

1 year agoThis is a great add to the m&p line. I have had several shields and the added length to the barrel balances it perfectly. The optic is a nice addition if you are use to an optic on a pistol. It takes some getting use to if not. I can hit steal SILHOUETTEs at 50 yards no problem.

1 year agoUnfortunately the red dot sight had to be returned as it was broken. This was the primary reason that I purchased this gun. Very disappointing.

1 year agoThis little firearm is a real shooter. Just the right size for conceal carry. After installing the red dot sight it was fantastic. Would recommend this .45 to a friend.

1 year agoHave not shot yet, would have given it 5 stars but when I went to mount red dot on ot I could not get one of the screws out of the cover for red dot. Called S&W about it and they put the blame on Crimson sights. Well I called them and they said they do not install those covers, they just supply the sight and new screws. I ended up taking the gun to a gun smith who had to drill out screw head and use a easy out to get the screw out. Had to pay for the gunsmiths time but that was cheaper and
