Absolutely no problem with the order and delivery. Still breaking it in. Some issues with the magazine release button but it could be me. Really like the way it shoots.

The gun looks great trigger feel really nice , smooth with a nice crisp fire point.. Very fast trigger reset. Feels nice in the hand able to have room for the pinkie finger, just enough. I feel with a 10rd mag you would have tonworry on your hand size .Can't wait to shoot it as soon a the snow stops lol

This particular gun was actually one of the best purchases I have ever made. It’s sleek, light weight, beautiful looking and extremely easy to operate. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants either a simple tool for home protection, or a great piece to take out on the shooting range.

I went from a smith and Wesson 380 to a 9mm. Took a little adjustment but I love the performance and hope it’s lightweight and easy to carry and shoot. Great investment

I love it! I have Arthritis in both thumbs and it’s super easy to Grip, and load ! effortless disassembling for cleaning and oil as well!.

The Smith & Wesson EZ series is definitely one of my favorite handguns, and I have a few. This was my first experience with their performance line. All I can say is WOW!! I love this gun. I am in love with my new gun. I've already been to the range for a few test rounds and I must say I am impressed. The grip safety doesn't give me any issues, if anything I feel like a have a better handle of the gun itself in the web of my hand. I needed both the thumb and grip safety because of LO's around. It has a good weight to it and can shoot off some powerful rounds. I'm excited to continue to used to it and really get comfortable. The gold accent makes it really sleek and catches

I love this gun. I originally purchased its baby brother in the EZ Shield .380, but with ammo so hard to find, decided to upgrade to the 9mm. I treated myself with the PC Shield and I couldn't be happier. I am a fairly new shooter, a small framed, 5'2" 107lb woman, and I have perfect control over this gun. Palmetto service was excellent and, had my local FFL not been attending the DC gunshow, I would have had it in four days. First impressions are not altogether positive. The grip safety feels and sounds flimsy and one might say cheap. Compared to my two 1911s, it is uncomfortable and irritated the web of my hand, something others have experienced. Bought this for my wife as it was easy for her to operate and rack the slide. It should swell and haven’t had any cycling issues. The only complaint is the grip safety. It sticks out way too far and is super sharp on the web of your hand. Whoever designed that part wasnt thinking. I sent it in to S&W and they replaced it with the polymer grip safety. It’s a 5 star gun with the new grip safety.

Very pleased with the purchase of the S&W Shield EZ9. Purchasing through Palmentto was a breeze and great service. The weapon a pleasure to train with, easy loading and pleasant to shoot. Highly recommend both Palmetto and the S&W EZ9.

For the money, pretty good "Pea Shooter". Only a couple boxes through it yet, but seems to be fairly accurate off-hand. Like the "1911-Style" Grip Safety, along with the sights and "Fancy Trigger". Trigger is better than my other Shields. I know there's always a "trade-off" going smaller in size (I have Big Front Paws), and this one fits me fairly well. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. (Even comes with a Cleaning Kit and Fiber-Optic Sights!).

Accurate right out of the box. Sights are bright. The EZ features make this pistol a winner. Very pleased with pistol. Prefer this pistol over the original shield.

Amazing gun for the money. Feels great in the hand shoots right on target. If I have to pick something I don’t like it would be the sites are both green wish there was a red so it’s easier to to see the contrast between the two sites

It's a very nice, smooth pistol. My one criticism was the sites were caked with a (rubbing?) compound. I took care of it when a went through it before shooting it the first time.
