1 year agoThe gun is great - shoots very well. I was much more happy with the rubber grips than the wood grips. Could get a better grip on the gun.. But over all I like the gun very well. Thanks for the good deal. Maynard.

1 year agoA nearly flawless finish. The double action trigger is fiRm but also super smooth. The single action is very light and just amazing. I haven’t got used to the wood grips yet. I like thear appearance. I will try the rubber grip at a later time. Iwill know more after i get time to put a lot more rounds down range.

1 year agoThe pistol itself is great. The fit and finish I would give 5 stars, but the grips did not fit my hand at all. the day I picked it up from the ffl i ordered grips from houge. with the new houge grips I would rate it a 10 if i could.

1 year agoWonderful handgun ,buy because the fact that it holds 8 rounds, definitely one of a kindof handgun . hold a round of 357 magnum

1 year agoSmooth trigger. Accurate. Heavier than my R8/327, that’s to be expected. It’s about as heavy as the Ruger Super GP100.

1 year agoThe 627 is a good looking revolver. For a Performance Center revolver the tigger pull is way too heavy. The cylinder latch is next to impossible to release the cylinder. My other regular S&W (not Performance Center) pistols are much better than this 627. The revolver will be going back to S&W or a qualified gunsmith. Not a happy camper.

1 year agoThis was my 3rd gun bought from Guns.com. Each experience was excellent. Delivery was prompt and convenient. I finally took the 627 5 to the range. I love this weapon. This is my first revolver. It was a joy to shoot. I thought there might be a learning curve, but I found it easier to get comfortable with than my 9 mm semi-automatics.

1 year agoWeapon has a good weight to it, and the wood grips fit comfortably. I have gotten nothing but compliments on this weapon.

1 year agoThis is my new favorite S&W revolver. The size to weight ratio is perfect and it handles 357 like a champ. And 8 rounds is great.

1 year agoI'm reaching out to Smith & Wesson to discuss resurfacing this gun. There are some surface imperfections with the finish on this gun.
