Springfield Armory offers a California-compliant version of the 1911 Enhanced Micro Pistol (EMP) for West Coast shooters. This compact concealed carry gun, sized down for the 9mm round, features a lowered and flared ejection port for reliability, an extended beavertail to negate hammer bite, and ambidextrous extended thumb safety levers. The stainless slide requires trivial maintenance, and the 3″ stainless steel, match grade fully supported bull barrel shoots well beyond its diminutive dimensions.

1 year agoThis gun is amazing! I have fired hundreds of rounds through it with all different ammo brands. Not one single stoppage or failure to fire. this gun is quality made. It may run on the more expensive side, but if you want a cc that is reliable, then this is your gun!

1 year agoThis new handgun was shooting so far to the left that I had to push the rear slide to the right until it was nearly hanging off of the slide. Sent it back to Springfield Armory who replaced the barrel. A terribly inaccurate firearm.

1 year agoBeautifully made, well-balanced. Fits perfectly in my hand. Light and crisp trigger pull. Thick barrel walls provide that little extra weight to reduced recoil. When the price is right, I'm getting a second one for my wife!

1 year agoPurchased for the wife. Beautiful looking 1911, weight and balance is fantastic. This gun fits her hands well and is able to hold with a solid grip.

1 year agoBest pistol ever. 600 rounds zero misfires. Top quality, superior craftsmanship with 1911, EMP 9mm. Rare find in California, if you find one buy it.

1 year agolots of compliments when I brought it to the gun range. Someone wanted to buy it from me so I let him shoot it with his own ammo.. it shoots accurately with no malfunctions, it's very comfortable too -
