Springfield Armory XDM 3.8” 45 ACP Compact XDM93845CBHC

Bought this a while back before I knew about Springfield Armorys shady company stuff and despite all that this is a great gun handles the 45 load a lot better with the extended mag. I use it for home defense all around good gun it is compact size but Its a little big and prints a lot for conceal carry

LOVE the Springfield Armory XD 45! This is my second one. Not only shoots great, and looks great, it feels great! $hit, no wonder I love it soooo much!! :D :D Now, this pistol is NOT your "super light" person carry handgun. You know when you have it on your side, and you know when you draw the weapon too. But I love that $hit too!! :D :D

I had one of these when they were first introduced. Couldn't like the grip safety and traded off. I've since discovered the XD series were meant for my hand. I shoot them better than most other brands striker fired pistols regardless of price. I wasn't looking for the so called "Compact", but this one fits my need just fine.

I have the 40 and now the 45. both are smooth running solid built, very comfortable, very feature packed, and extremely well priced.

Live the XDm platform! Shoots great. This is a good companion piece to its 4.5” counterpart with the ability to share 13rnd mags and some holsters. Conceals well with the 9rnd mag and a 13rnd spare. Only knocked a star because this is not the full XDm package with hard case, holster, mag holster, loader etc. Comes with a soft case, 3 different size backstraps, one 9rnd mag, one 13rnd mag, 3 different size mag extension sleeves.

Great pistol. Fits my hand well, even with the shorter magazine and I have large hands (the double stack width helps). Tight and accurate out of the box. Love it.

Love this pistol it really packs a punch! Nice sites that are easy to line up and see. This gun feels good in my hand and it shoots straight. The only thing I do not like about it is the magazine release button is way too tight and requires me to press up on the magazine while pushing the release button. I would much prefer to be able to release the magazine with one hand.

Shipped as ordered. A nice little tank but such a soft shooter. Hits exactly where you point it. Have put about 250 rounds through it without one problem. Enjoying carrying it.

Purchased for my everyday carry. I like the 9 rd magazine for conceal personally, but the 13 rd magazine feels extremely comfortable in my large hands. Really like the front sight.

Palmetto Armory is awesome. Pricing and service has been excellent after several purchases. Last purchase I received by USPS was delivered before post office knew they were shipping. Recommend you use FedEx or UPS. Love pistol. Only dislike is magazine release. Most difficult of any semiauto pistol I have ever owned. Not good for fast magazine change. SA, needs to address this.

Have shot it once, due to wind and hard to find ammo. Shoots much better than expected and recoil not bad at all. Nice that you can customize the grips so it fits your hand better.

I've had the 9mm version for several years. Liked it so much I had to have the 45! PSA rocks. Glad PSA had this in stock when I couldn't find it anywhere else. Fast Shipping even in these crazy times.

I am pleased with this firearm. I am also pleased with the transaction and satisfied with the delivery time.

Didn't get to shoot it yet. It went right back to Springfield on day one. Loaded up the mag and tried chambered a round. Upon trying to eject the live round it hung up on the extractor and would not eject. Tried several times with the same issue. Springfield says it will be 2 to 4 weeks before they can look at it.

Not a sophisticated review…see Hickok45 for that, but suffice it to say-I love it. Definitely a fan. Has functioned flawlessly so far
