Always big fan of Springfield and specially love .45ACP enjoyed at range and love carry. Highly recommend this Gun.

Love the Springfield Firearms I own, have an XD 45 and now the XDS…..great concealed and the optics make it even more of an attribute to self defense.

Only downside to this handgun is its gonna slap your hand when you fire which is to he expected with a 3 inch barrel. I want to look into a padded grip or something to help with that

This is an awesome weapon be good for home defense especially in 45acp due to over penetration of other revolvers and or semi automatic pistols as of 9 mm will travel further through another wall or two and hit somebody else. You have to remember the relatives stopping power the shock to the system the heavier the blow to an intruder to make them think twice as compared to a bunch of little holes. I guess the best home defense would be a shotgun but the 45 is capable stopping any type of person to stop it’s a good little pistol with a big hit.

I love everything about it. The weapon is very smooth and very easy to handle. The cost of the weapon was very inexpensive and that is my favorite part.

So far so good. Very accurate and reliable, with only 200rds or so through it. It's a small, thin 45acp so there will be recoil but it's manageable and still pleasant to shoot. I love this platform, conceal ability and stopping power.. accuracy was on point small enough that it is not much of an impression.

Red dot is fast and accurate. Acquiring target is quick. The XDS performs perfectly. Love it you will too.
