1 year agoThis shotgun fully met my expectations. The price was fair, the service good and delivery was very quick.

1 year agoIt's a bit like the old H&R shotguns from years past. I grew up with one of those in 20 gauge. The 301 seems to be every bit as good. The choke tube is a huge plus. Now that I am old (er) I have gotten back into the simpler things in life and one being single shot shotguns and rifles. The 301 is my go to gun. I sold off my semi auto shotguns and now just use the single shots. Takes me back to happier and simpler times.

1 year agothIs is a fun shooting, inexpensive 20 gauge shotgun. My first 20 gauge. My 12’s were getting to be a bit rough on this old body. For the price, a very nice gun with much utility.

1 year agoThis is a very well built firearm. The synthetic stock and forearm are scratch proof and will last forever. The metal fit to the stock is excellent. I choose the 410 bore rather than the 12 or 20 gauge. That means this is a relative short range shotgun but a fun one to shoot and it's good for my grandson because of the light recoil.

1 year agoI love this little shotgun. The fact it has a removable choke at this price point is really surprising, and awesome. I use it for a backpacking/survival shotgun and it breaks down and fits just fine in my external frame pack. Because it is so light it has a decent kick for a 20 gauge. It comes with a modified winchoke so make sure to purchase the correct choke if you want to fire deer slugs.

1 year agoNice shotgun for the kids, simple and well built. Break action, and option for different chokes. I would recommend.

1 year agoI like the simplicity of a single shot shotgun. I like the way it feels when aiming it. I have not shot it yet so I do not know how well it shoots.

1 year agoOrdered this from Guns.com and received it at my FFL in less than a week, it was in perfect condition in the box with lock choke and all paperwork. My first gun buying experience with them and have to say it was an easy process that went very smooth. Looking forward to getting out and shooting the Stevens, for the price is appears to be a very wel...Read More Read more about review stating Great budget shotgun

1 year agoNeat little gun however the trigger pull is 7.11 pounds too heavy for the grandson to get a clean pull. Tried calling customer service for a schematic so my gunsmith could work on the gun to get a 4 # tirgger pull. No one answers the call for either number listed for service. Not happen with customer service or the heavy trigger pull.
