Great firearm.. Action is very smooth in single and double. I gave it 4 stars only because of the barrel porting. It ruins the front sight and the appearance of the gun. The sight becomes powder burned along with the finish of the muzzle. It cannot be cleaned. I will never own another ported handgun.

Nice gun for the money but not a S ansW 629 for sure. But then again not 750.00. Very accurate and reliable. Brazil make a nice revolver for the $

If you’re looking for a quality built gun at an affordable price, Taurus .44 magnum is a great option! It’s consistantly accurate and the recoil is surprisingly low for such a big bore gun. The only complaint I have is that the trigger is super stiff if you’re shooting double action and it’s holster options are slim due to the large trigger guard, but other than that, it’s a blast to shoot and should do well protecting me in the woods!

Customer service was like talking to a robot, in fact I am sure it was a robot! Very dissatisfied with GAG! Gun is well made, fit is perfect, grips could be less narrow, but a great carry gun regardless.

I went with the Taurus for the price and could not be happier. The ported barrel makes this an easy shoot. Put 30 rounds down range the first time out, firing .44 mag. Nice tight group. I highly recommend this wheel gun.

Love this Handgun. Much less expensive than any Smith, but extremely well made. Comes Factory Magna-Ported to reduce recoil. I changed the grips, because I found them to be too narrow. Also had the Brushed Stainless Steel Finish polished, I like "Thr Flash"...., if you get my drift. Great Piece at a Great Price.

This is a very nice firearm. I carry it at night as I do research in various wooded areas late at night. Other than the ports scored hinges the sights I've had no problems with it. Very accurate.

Excellent revolver, solid, well made. This gun is easy to shoot, great feel to the trigger in both single and double action, and the kick isn’t bad at all. As some have said, the only thing i would change would be a little more bulk to the grips, but otherwise no complaints!

Excellent quality. It came with. Matte stainless steel finish, but with a polish was able to make it a satin finish. Beautiful big bore revolver.

Haven't had an opportunity to shoot it yet, but it seems to fit the hands pretty nicely. Looking forward to a day on the range. 44 magnum ammo is hard to find but I hope that won't be forever... Thanks gag.

Great gun and couldn't ask for anything more!! Compared to other high priced brands, this one can hang with them all and is great price considering the times we are living in right now!!

Have several .44 mag hand guns and wanted a 4 inch barrel. Its really about 3 inch barrel because last inch is porting. Barrel does not go to end of barrel. I like the gun but the sights could be better. It always goes bang and has a very nice trigger pull. Good gun for the price.
