1 year agoThis Taurus is everything I hoped it would be, good looking, great fit to my hand, light weight for every day carry, and outstanding accuracy, especially for a double action revolver. The only thing that could make it better would be .357 mag in place of .38+p, since I live in bear country. A great gun at an amazing price! Go Taurus!

1 year agoThe fit and finish is excellent. The trigger pull is very smooth but because it is double action only it is heavier than most of the newer semi autos out there.

1 year agoThe executive 856 is everything Taurus promised. The only problem I have encountered is the grips will not allow speed loaders.

1 year agoTaurus really stepped up their game with the new Taurus 856 Executive Grade revolver. The revolver is chambered in .38 special +P and handles the loads very well. The chamfered cylinder makes loading and unloading easy and fast. The satin finish has a beautiful finish and the Altamont grips compliment the finish really well.

1 year agoVery smooth transaction. I purchased a Taurus 856 executive grade 38 special and a box of Buffalo bore ammo. Ammo arrived at my house in three days and I was able to pick up my firearm at the requested gun shop within a week. No problems no worries.

1 year agoFit and finish on surface is good. Overall very pleasing look. Clean. Edges of engraving are a smidge rough. Trigger pull is a little difficult to control for me.
