1 year agoBest gun I've ever bought for out of the box performance. Why it took Tikka 3 years to get the 16" version in the U.S. is baffling, but it's here and it's Awesome. Shot CCI, Aquila, and Federal at the range and they all shot less than .75 at 50 yards off standard bags. The CCI Standard and the Aquila Standard were both ragged holes and I would not hesitate to enter into a 22LR with this gun without any modifications. Bolt slicks up after a few hundred rounds, and the trigger screw can be backed out to 2.5 lbs (maybe lower for some that want it lower) for hunting and target shooting. Add a suppressor and it's just WOW! "This is what a .22 should be".

1 year agoIt's a Tikka, what more is there to say? It's terrific in every way. This is actually a second one for me, I have a 20" one as well, and it's a tac driver with typical bulk ammo. Cycles beautifully and is even more fun to shoot with a can.

Trigger was close to 4 pounds, adjustment is incredibly easy, just need a hex wrench. Adjusted it to 1 pound 13 ounces, still more adj, is left but this is fine for hunting & target shooting mix. No creep in the trigger. Initial accuracy test with CCI standard velocity was approx. 1/2" at 50 yards (before … Read More
