T3x Lite combines high performance with lightweight ease. The Lite models are equipped with the T3x synthetic stock and all new modular features. These models come with the classic low-angled grip With the metal parts made of Sako’s high-grade stainless steel, this is a sturdy and long-lasting choice for all weather conditions.

Features:

  • T1x has a new modular synthetic stock that has interchangeable pistol grips, making it possible to modify the angle of the grip, this allows for multiple shooting positions
  • The T3x synthetic stock has a new asymmetrical grip pattern and shape that has been specifically designed to give a solid grip in all conditions
  • T3x models come with a new recoil pad technology that reduces the impact of recoil on the shooter, the new robust pad allows you to fully concentrate on the accuracy of your shots
  • T3x synthetic stocks now have a foam insert within the interior of the rear stock – this lowers the stock-generated noise and can help you keep your target in sight
  • The new T3x receiver introduces a widened angular ejection port that makes it easier to feed one cartridge at a time
  • The T3x models have extra screw placements on top of the receiver so that you can robustly attach a picatinny rail – even when using larger scopes
  • Robustness and quality go hand in hand, metallic bolt shroud covers and shields the rear of the bolt body and the firing pin
  • Steel recoil lug – this extra-strong lug has minimal deformation – even with larger calibers
  • Changeable grip

My buddy's daughter was coming to hunt in our camp and I didn't have a decent rifle to lend her so I thought I would buy a loaner rifle to have in the safe. EuroOptic had these on sale, so I picked one up in 6.5 Creedmoor. First three shots made one ragged hole at 100 yards. adjusted the scope and sent one through the bullseye. Kid shot a deer on her hunt and it has taken a bunch more since. Great rifle for the $ and it shoots better than some of my customs.

These blued versions of the T3x Lite are a great value. I’ve owned a blued original T3 Lite in 308 for 10 years and the blued finish has never rusted and looks great. I also own a stainless in 6.5 Creedmoor but personally I prefer the aesthetics of the blued and black. I bought this blued version 6.5 Creedmoor for my son and also did the Tikka orange vertical grip and beaver tail fore end upgrades. Now the stock performs like a custom. With my handloads, this sub $700 rifle shoots 1/2” groups. Buy with confidence.

Using this as a base to build a long range shooter. Planning on replacing the barrel as part of the process but this thin barrel shoots pretty well, so well I may thread it and wait till I shoot it out before replacing it. FYI if you want to thread it with a standard 5/8 thread you will need to cut about 1.75 inches off the barrel to get to a portion of the barrel thick enough for that thread pitch. All in all the velocity is good and so is the accuracy on this rifle and Tikka always has the best actions.

Accuracy is excellent, lightweight and easy to tote around. Stock modularity is a plus as well. Trigger isn’t great but no worse than most factory rifles in this price range. Nice gun!

I have heard about Tikka for years but for whatever reason never purchase one. In January I purchased this exact model in 6.5 Creedmoor. I've been a reloader since 1970 and every gun I've owned other than a 22 L.R. I've reloaded ammo for accuracy. I have three 6.5 Creedmoors and they all had to be fine tuned for accuracy with the proper load. I had 15 different loads worked up for this gun when I took it to the range. Only tried 6 different loads all being 140 grain bullets. All were sub .750" … Read More

Awesome rifle! Zero in 5 rounds after bore sight. .5 MOA out of the box using match ammo. Action is smooth. Not a fan of plastic magazines, but they worked without issue. Would buy another in a heartbeat.

The sales experience with GrabAGun was really good. I didn’t know what to expect buying a gun online and I was pleasantly impressed.

After much research I selected the Tikka T3X. Absolutely thrilled with the feel and accuracy. Settled for now with a Winchester 125 grain bullet, and with first shot killed a Boar at 110 yards in almost dark conditions. Highly recommend Tikka.

I bought the rifle as a gift for my granddaughter. it is a great starting point for a custom rifle. It is currently being customized by Oregon Mountain Rifle company to meet the needs of a young girl (12 years old)

Impressed with it so far. Used my laser bore sighter to set up the scope. Took four shots to zero it in at 100 yards. Next two shots in the 1 inch bulls eye. Ready for deer season! Would recommend this rifle to others.

Caliber is what I wanted for both a range rifle and a hunting rifle. Action out of the box is smooth as silk. Can’t wait to shoot it, Tikka precision is guaranteed.

I have only owned one other hunting rifle, a Marlin 308 bolt rifle, and was getting tired of carrying it around as it was a heavy gun, and I believe the barrel was beginning to give out. After doing a lot of research, I narrowed it down to this rifle and one by Browning. I finally pulled the trigger, no pun intended, and bought the Tikka T3x at Sportsmans since they are right here it town. I was finally able to score some ammo, and took it out to the range last week. As others have stated,

Really like the looks of the gun, haven't shot it yet. Have rings and mounts coming, should be here today. May get scope mounted this week and shoot over the weekend. Overall I think I'm going to like this gun.

It's a Tikka, what more to say? Budget stock, adjustable trigger, made in the Sako factory. Dead accurate barrel. I now have two.

Have always loved the butter smooth Sako action. Bought this as a base model to upgrade the stock to a chassis later. Overall a great rifle for the money.

For a factory rifle, out of box Tikka can’t be beat. The bolt actuation is impeccable. To my surprise, even the factory trigger is a ~4lb. pull. Breaks cleanly and without a gritty feel. Tikkas have quality concentricity with action to barrel alignment.

The blued barrel T3x Lite is a tremendous value. I own 2 black/blued T3x and a stainless. The blued versions are just as accurate and personally look better than stainless. I’ve never had rust issues and I live in a humid environment. I wipe them down with a Hoppes silicone cloth and that’s it. All my Tikkas shoot sub MOA. The Tikka vertical grip and wide fore end mods make the rifle an even better platform.
