I love the 10mm and was glade to find a carbine the fires this superior cartridge. if you think this is a hot round out of a pistol the added barrel length of a carbine is amazing. I Have been to the range twice and have 100 rounds down range. I have experienced no failure to feed or failure to extract. 2" group @ 50 yards so far. have only shot 180 gr. so far. Hope this helps

I've got one of these TNW Rifles in 9mm. It jams repeatedly. It's been sent back to the factory but it still wouldn't shoot more than two rounds without jamming. In desperation I ordered (at my own expense) a replacement extractor. It made it better but it still jams about three times per 15-round mag. Btw, I've tried numerous mags of different types and I tried changing out the buffer. Also, I've tried several different types of 9mm ammo and even tried to develop my own reloads that would reliably function with no luck. I've tried several different "solutions" and it just won't run. This thing is a dog! Heed my warning and don't waste your hard-earned money on this thing!

I have had this rifle out on the range a handful of times now, and it is a blast to shoot. The ability to stick with 9mm and Glock mag's was a major plus for me. The barrel is easily removeable for easy cleaning. I did not conduct any bench testing for accuracy, but had no problem keeping shots in a tight circle from the standing position at 50 yrds. I added a red-dot and flip up irons to the top rail.

Mine jams constantly. At first TNW seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Eventually I ended up sending it back to have it "fixed." It came back as bad as it was. It jams about every second or third round. I've tried several different things to make it work and it just won't reliably function.

This weapon cycles well with ammo that's heavier than 124GR. Lighter ammo doesn't cycoe so well. When attaching the barrel, make sure it's hand tightened well. The barrel has not backed out on me under heavy use but other users have complained about that.

I bought mine at Cabelas in Buda, Texas about 1.5 years ago and it has worked awesome each and every time. I run all kinds of ammo through it including steel case and I don't have any jams or issues. I did get it to gum up after taking it out with the nephews and ran over 800 rounds of steel case through it in one outing. But at that point I expected it. I cleaned it up and it kept going. Not sure why mine is running great while some experience jams. When I got mine I did a complete cleaning and polishing before firing anything through it and it has worked perfect ever since then. It is also very accurate and so easy to fire. Even my 9 year niece was able to accurately shoot it with no issues.

I bought this a few months ago. It worked perfectly at first, but would then refused to extract. The extractor had come completely off. TNW offered to pay for me to send the rifle back to them for repair, but I just asked them to send me a new extractor, retaining pin, and spring. They immediately sent me two versions of the same. Now, it works perfectly with all ammo I have thrown at it. It shoots Underwood 150gr XTP JHP rounds out at 1,829fps; UW 140gr Xtreme Penetrator at 1,864fps; and the Buffalo Bore 180gr JHP at 1,613fps. I get only about 2" groups at 50 yds, but I didn't expect better than that for a lightweight survival rifle. I added a small Leupy 1-5x scope and a free-floating handguard.

I have the ASR in 9mm, 10mm, 40, and 45. This thing is nothing but trouble. 9mm jams/fails to feed and I have emailed support several times and nothing. TNW simply won't respond to me. What a terribly run company. I really wanted to like this gun. But they simply didn't get it to work reliably with different calibers with the same buffer system. And they don't seem to care when you e-mail support. Just ghosts. And don't even try to swap the ejector side (I wanted it to eject left so I can hang a brass catcher and not interfere with the bolt.) The extractor pin is impossible to swap and get extracting correctly. It's a rolled pin so it deforms easily. And of course you only have one pin to work with. Good idea, bad execution, terrible employees.

I purchased this rifle about two months ago, installed a Burris tac-30 1-4x with the fast fire 3 on it ,a single point sling, and mounted a grip on the provided rail. Also added a side mounted green led light. I tested it with 10mm loads that I use in my glock model 40 which I also purchased from cabelas. They performed flawlessly giving me approximately 350 FPS more velocity than from my 6 inch model 40! The 180 grain xtp’s are going 1,650fps, and average 50 meter accuracy is 3” from the bench! But the real performer is the 150 grain Nosler with 15.5 grains of accurate no. 9 that chronographs at 1,750fps! Can’t wait to do some hunting with this one! This load also consistently shoots around one inch at 50 meters! I have had no malfunctions with full power 10mm loads in this firearm, and have about 200 rounds through it without striping the action, just removing the barrel and cleaning it. My ASR works great, I would highly recommend it!

Bought this a couple months ago and put a cheap res dot for it and could not be happier. 1000+ rds through and have zero complaints. Highly recommend

Had to polish the feed ramp to get flatter nosed bullets to feed. Other than that, it's a real pleasure to shoot. Only thing I'd recommend you watch is the plastic butt plate. The 10mm auto out of a carbine in SERIOUS, and I found that to enjoy the day after the range, I installed a recoil pad. TNW's instructional videos to change ejection were very well done. If I handn't had to do the feed ramp myself, I'd give a 5.

This firearm is awesome, I have fired close to 1000 rounds thru this gun, no issue's whatsoever, and it is very accurate at 50 to 100 yards.

Been looking for a bug-out bagger, a.k.a., a "bugger", w/ the same diet as my EDC so it's the perfect match. THANK YOU BPS/C's for a great product at a reasonable price. Customer service was what I have come to expect - excellent as always.

I ran more than a 100 rounds through my new 9mm TNW Firearms Aero Survival Semiautomatic Tactical Rifle without any jams. Just make sure you have a good red-dot sight or scope zeroed in. It will shoot straight and true.

I have a 10mm model. It truly has NO issues with the Glock mags, no matter the size. Out of the box, it had a failure to feed issue due to the feed ramp. I polished it and that cured it. The gun eats ANY loading, and the longer barrel gives up to 220 FPS more velocity with Longshot and 180 Grain XTPs over a pistol. I haven't replaced any parts after 3K+ rounds.

I owned one of these in 2017, it was my first gun in fact. It had a stupid amount of problems though. Despite cleaning often, the detachable barrel became stuck on the rifle, probably due to the aluminum threading on the upper. And I’m not exaggerating when I say it would fail to cycle at least once a mag, often multiple times. Constant stove piping. Not sure if they’re any better these days, but ill never go anywhere near this rifle again.

Just bought the TNW 9mm home defense rifle this week. First time out of the box. First 5 shots 3 failures. failure to eject, stove piped and jammed. Tried 3 types of box ammo - 50% failure to fire. Took gun back to store and they sent it in for repairs or replacement. I will never trust this brand again.

Picked this weapon up a few months ago, right out the box cleaned it and went to the range the following weekend. Fired close to 100 rounds between getting a feel of the weapon and also to zero a optic I had. Only small concern I came across was that the barrel nut will come loose since it's only hand tight. Again, not a big deal as this is expected

I have owned this carbine for 6+ years, and after switching from oil to grease, it has performed flawlessly in countless Speed Steel competitions. Likes to be cleaned after each use. The bolt should be closed before inserting a magazine to ensure proper cycling. Once the mag is inserted you can manually cycle the bolt and she's ready to fire.
