1 year agoI own several caplock muzzleloaders but this is my first flintlock. I purchased it because of the shortage on caps and primers. sportsmans had this rifle in stock and I bought it and it works flawless. I was skeptical about slow ignition with a flint as ignition source but if you set the flint right it fires just as fast as any other muzzleloader......and I am not stretching the truth.

1 year agoI find nothing wrong with my Deerhunter, It is light weight so easy to carry. I also found it to be very accurate 100yds (that is my shooting distance). I also bought one for my Grandson. Great Gun!
