1 year agoI shoot muzzle loader and single shot center fire rifles. I bought this Traditions outfitter g2 rifle, brand new in 35 Whelan caliber. I went to the range with 10 rounds of ammo and 4 out of 10 shots were misfires. This is factory ammo. I made some reloads out of 30-06 cases and reformed to 35 Whelan. Twenty rounds and 8 were misfires. I thought it might be he wenchester primers but I used the same primers to reload my 30-06 and twenty rounds at the range and no misfires. Wonder what the trouble is with the Outfitter g2 rifle?
