The Elite XT trigger system is designed with a rebounding hammer, a captive half cock, and a manual cross block trigger safety. The Elite XT trigger allows the action to be broken open with the cross bolt safety engaged which allows you to load or unload your Outfitter G3 and view the chamber.

1 year agoSolid lightweight rifle for NW big game. 35 Whelen does the trick for elk black bear and big blacktails out to 300 yards.

1 year agoLove it! Nice and simple. Lightweight, easy to aim and shoot. The recoil in this caliber is very manageable for me, and I'm not into huge recoil. It feels less than my brothers 30-06, which is what I was going for.. The only problem now is finding anything besides 180 gr. projectiles (that's all that I've seen on any shelves). There is no ammo anywhere, I'm seriously considering reloading just for this gun.
