Traditions Outfitter G3 Rifle is a break-action, single shot cartridge rifle. This centerfire rifle is the perfect choice for whitetail and large game hunting. With a 22″ Lothar Walther barrel, the Outfitter G3 is lightweight, easy to carry and extremely accurate. The Outfitter G3 is equipped with Traditions new Elite XT trigger system. The Elite XT trigger system is designed with a rebounding hammer, a captive half cock and a manual cross block trigger safety. The Elite XT trigger allows the action to be broken open with the cross bolt safety engaged which allows you to load or unload your Outfitter G3 and view the chamber. Larger calibers like .350 Legend, .450 Bushmaster, .45/70 and .35 Whelen come with a muzzle-brake to help reduce recoil.

1 year agoSo far I don't have any complaints. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. There is no recoil and light enough for her to carry on some of the long walks we have to make. I am not sure on the outcome yet, once it's time for her to squeeze the trigger on a deer or hog. Great product.

1 year agoI wanted to purchase the .350 Legend caliber after reading all the positive reviews. I have used Traditions muzzle loaders for several years, and prefer single shot rifles, so the Traditions Outfitter met my requirements very well. The recoil is very forgiving; this rifle, with a scope, is very accurate for the 100-yard shots I have taken.

1 year agoThis rifle is even better than I knew when I ordered it! None of the literature I researched before buying it even mentioned that the barrel is completely "Free floated" which is a major biggie in the accuracy world. Guns.com shipped in two days and 5-days after ordering, my rifle arrived. AAA service and easy to work with!

1 year agoI am waiting on the parts to attach an optic to the rifle so consequently I have not shot it yet although the fit and finish seem to be very good.
