1 year agoThe one I got the hammer wasn't hitting the nipple right my gunsmith had to cut the nipple and file it some. the front sight is a pain to see ,think they should have fibre optic sights for them. I bought the same thing for my son and his nipple is fine.

1 year agosome bolts and pieces were loose when I got the pistol home but I tightened em up and put some thread lock on em and they are fine. shoots really easy. I never shoot a black powder before and it was easy to figure out. found it to be pretty accurate at 25 yards. be sure to clean it right away or it will rust crazy fast.

1 year agoThe workmanship/fit and material is good on this pistol, especially when you consider the relatively low price, albeit the soft wood, and what appears to be a water-based finish, is woefully not very dent or scratch resistant (even being extremely careful, you will mar the finish on this thing just in normal loading procedure at the range). However, this is one accurate barrel and the Spanish- made Traditions barrels like this do have that reputation! I have owned a number of expensive

1 year agoFun and accurate to shoot. The double-set trigger is awesome. I have two of these pistols...one for me and one for my dad. You do have to clean these things and grease them up with the appropriate black powder products to store them.

1 year agoNot sure why this doesn't get more 5 star reviews? Shoot's great, double set trigger works and can be adjusted to under a 1lb pull, It's cheaper than a Patriot or Pedersoli and with the right load you can shoot lights out. Let's address the one issue most people have with it! The rear sight; it's notch is cut in a manner that you need to hold the gun close to your face to see the front. I used a small file to widen the notch, fixed. Also tighten the screw on the rear sight the first couple times shooting it to prevent it from working loose. Hard to beat new in the box for under $300.

1 year agoI Absolutely love this pistol. It shoots very accurately at 25 yards. The finish is stunning, and eye catching. Unless you need high end competitive accuracy to shoot at Friendship this pistol will meet your needs. Great for club, and rendezvous shoots.
