3 inches gas operated, semi-automatic shotgun that allows you to shoot light target loads to heavy waterfowl loads. Shim kits standard. Removable choke system that uses Beretta/Benelli Mobil threads, includes three choke tubes (IC, M, F), choke box and choke wrench. Highly durable injection molded stock and forearm coated with “Soft Touch” finish for better feel. Rubber recoil pad, backed with a five-year mechanical warranty and comes shim kits standard. Gas operated semi-automatic. Bolt remains open after last round is fired. If magazine and chamber are both loaded, opening action will result in ejecting shell from chamber and cycling new shell from magazine into the chamber. If operator desires to unload the chamber only, slightly push lifter up and open action. This cuts the magazine off from cycling a new shell while unloading the chamber. Chamber will remain closed though. The primary safety is located on the backside of the trigger guard. When engaged, the safety is designed to block the trigger, hammer lever and the hammer which makes the firing mechanism immobile. Tubular magazine; bottom loading. Shot plug is included and comes installed. Shot plug is easily removable by unscrewing the magazine cap. Simply pull plug out and replace magazine cap.

2 years agoI went in and bought this gun for a "THROW IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOAT GUN " .I was not expecting what I got in this gun .The gun is comparable. With any of my " OTHER $1000 PLUS PRICE GUNS" .IT is weighted perfect shoots and ejects in -2° duck hunting weather to wet and terrible weather. I HAVE even took it squirrel rabbit, and dove ...This is an all around gun that is worth much more than its price shows .....30 yr hunter that says BUY THIS GUN ! ....Put a piece of black tape over the name and let your buddies shoot it and tell them to guess what u paid for it and look at their faces!!!!! A must have gun ....Keep up the great work tri-star.....Cary in tn

2 years agoBought this for my daughter to shoot with me. 20Gauge, 28" barrel, per instructions, reads to shoot 20 Magnum loads prior to 7/8 shells. Shot awesome! Very little kick with Magnum shells. Break down easy for cleaning. Great starter gun for her, extremely light considering, love the feel and fit even for me. Added a Hi-Vis site and shell catcher for trap shooting, including external choke. Look forward to the spring at the club shooting with my daughter.

2 years agoAs many reviews have stated, the gun has problems cycling through certain rounds. I purchased some high velocity steel shot shells and it has no problems. After 20 rounds I tried some Winchester Super-Target Target Load I purchased and they do not cycle through at all. The owner's manual states you need to break the gun in. I've only used it one time and hope the break in period does the trick.

2 years agoI have had this gun for over a year and have put over 300 rounds through it. All y’all who complain are wild. It’s cheap gun don’t run cheap ammo through it…. So yes you do have to run “high dollar” rounds through it but it will last. I’ve dropped this gun in the water plenty of times and it has yet to jam. Does it dirty quick and I clean it after every use which makes it last a lot longer.

2 years agoThis is my first shotgun so I have nothing to compare it to, but it has lived up to the good online reviews so far with 200 rounds through it. Broke it in as recommended - not one failure to cycle. Very easy to dis-assemble and clean (there is a good youtube video). Used the provided shims to adjust the stock to get the proper mount. Very pleased - glad I chose the semi-auto - this is a great first shotgun!

2 years agoGreat gun, great price. Shot low brass right out of the box with no break in. Very pleased with the purchase.

1 year agoJust like it says on the box, it took a dozen "heavy" loads to break in, then it gobbled up my lightweight skeet loads. Length of pull on the stock is plenty long, women will have trouble with this particular model. I'm going to swap out the recoil pad for a thinner one. Bought this for a "rough duty" gun, one without pretty wood to gouge when I fall down on a chukar hill. I am very happy with it. Note that when putting it together for the first time, you need to read the instructions. I
