The 20 ga I got had to be broken in by firing 3 in high velocity shells through it. After about 100 rounds it shoot great. It is scary accurate when shooting clays.

Great shotgun for the money. Consistent patterns and extremely reliable! Feels good in the hands. Only con is the trigger is a little heavy. Not a big deal for turkey or big game but room for improvement of duck/clay shooting

Just picked up my weatherby the other day and boy what can I say; this gun has amazing balance and shoots very smooth. Unlike many inertia guns, this gun seems to shoot light rounds great. The chokes are great but I might still upgrade to a pattern master for waterfowl. Great quality gun. I will stick to weatherby after owning this gun

Picked up my new Element, it was down to Weatherby or Barretta. Better Ballance more shells, and not gas operated. First semi, used a Winchester model 12 the last 30 years. Pretty happy!!

I bought a new Weatherby Element 12/28 SA from a online store and it came fast. I love this shotgun, the quality is very close to the Remmy V3 12 which I own. But I still grab this. The action is great, pull is nice and I like the look with the gray and black. The only problem is that whoever was packing the key into the choke tube case didn’t care because it doesn’t fit so I got a bunch of little plastic pieces fall in my lap while opening, But I don’t use the case so I don’t make a big deal … Read More

I bought this gun while in the market for a new 12 gauge. I was looking at the high dollar inertia guns and came across this gun and decided to give it a try. We bought my wife a 20ga gas gun from weatherby last year and their customer service and quality was so good I figured I had nothing to lose. I have hunted a full duck season with this gun that included breaking ice, myself and the gun taking a bath in the swamp, and plenty of drops. This gun has never failed to fire even when other guns … Read More

I was looking for a 20ga for my 11 YO son. Purchased this gun a whim from Gander Mountain when they were going out of business. I have a friend that has a SA-08 and likes it and said to look into Weatherby. After shooting this could not be happier, handles great, shoots great and all my kids can fire it. Nice looking gun,a little jealous I bought it for my son, but know he has a gun for life. I would definitely buy another for myself.

I was looking for a backup 12 gauge to shoot sporting clays. I decided on a Element based on the reviews. My biggest concern was the cycling as I use 1150 fps reloads. I was very skeptical but I picked up the gun 2 days prior to my shoot and was pleasantly surprised that after 100 rounds everything went off perfectly. No problems what so ever. I also liked the fact that it has very few parts to clean which was very simple to do. Overall nice gun it will be my first gun rather than my backup.

I love this shotgun. Quality expected from Weatherby but rugged construction that I expect to last for many years. Love that it comes with full set of chokes and customizable stock shims to make it truely mine. I will put this shotgun against names costing 5 times as much.

This is my first semi-auto 12 gauge and I love it. Bought it at Scheels and I’m very happy with it. Highly recommend

Took my Weatherby out this morning to shoot trap. Hit 43 out of 50. Pretty good for first time shooting. This gun shoots as good as my browning special edition sporting clay. Not one miss fire. Very happy with this gun.

I bought this gun knowing it was a value shotgun. $500 for an automatic is very cheap. Over the past couple months I’ve shot trap, sporting clays and carried it turkey hunting. Shooting clays with it is a blast. Light, comfortable, and easy target acquisition. After 100 rounds or so the forearm stock loosened up and I had to re-tighten. The tightening knob has bigger “clicks” so getting it tight is a little tough. The forearm has a little movement even when tight. The finish is powder coat and

This is a great shotgun. I bought one in March for turkey/duck hunting. Didn’t get a Turkey but I have managed to get some ducks down. Walking in to a spot, I stepped into a hole in the muck. With my gun on my shoulder, I went down and so did this gun. I managed to get up and the gun was caked barrel-to-stock in mud, muck, and god knows what else is at the bottom of swamps... After a nice mud bath the gun still fired and functioned like it did fresh from the box. After getting home, I went

I’ve had the element for about two months now I have put about 150 rounds of 1oz steel shoot and it have cycled every one with no hick ups what’s so ever and for the price you can’t go wrong.

Great gun. Cycled right out of the box. The cast off sham really made a difference in my shooting. Is it a wall hanger? No. But its rugged, quick and drops ducks. I would recommend this gun.

Great shotgun! I bought it for shooting sporting clays and it does a good job. I even was shooting in a torrential downpour and it never had any problems operating! Very reliable.

Great shotgun for the money! Easy to clean and disassemble. Only issue I have is the loading gate catches my thumb making it difficult to load shells fast. Easy to accidentally ghost load because my thumb does not fit well. Besides that I would definitely buy it again.

It's what you want in a budget semi. It runs smooth, and the synthetic stock seems pretty durable,it came with swivel points. I've only had it out a hand full of times but I really like it so far.
