I generally shoot from a tree stand at 30 yards and this ammo is great and never had an issue. I’ve taken a lot of deer over the years with my Remington 870 with this ammo. It does leave a lot of residue in the barrel but I clean the gun after every use. My only complaint is availability as it’s now difficult to find sellers.

Shoot consistent and hit hard within 5 inch grouping at 50 yards. Only thing is, Very heavy recoils uou have to endure when you fire them. Good slugs.. recommended.

I have killed 4 deer with this round now and I don't ever plan to change slugs at 1760fps with a one ounce slug this slug is a beast free handed I can shoot three inch groups at 50 yards I highly recommend this slug to any deer hunter [I use a Winchester model 12]

Used on my Benelli M4 and boy, slugs pack a "punch" and my shoulder can attest to that! Couldn't imagine how the recoil would feel on a pump shotgun. Shot 25 and all 25 had no issues = perfect!

The Winchester 12ga and 20ga shotgun ammo was a great purchase from Cabela's. The ammo seems to fire pretty clean and functions very well in my shotgun.

this is the only ammo that my cantilever barrel likes without breaking my pockets. i have the Mossberg 835 deer and turkey combo, and the cantilever barrel doesn't like 2 3/4" shells from Winchester but loves the 3"

It was reasonably priced and shipped quickly. Purchased it because no one else in the area had 20 gauge ammo of any kind.

About the same as Remington. Did have one shell "stick" in the chamber. 20 ga. is just as effective as 12 ga. with less "kick" I'll stick with my 20 ga.

I've used the Winchester Super-X Rifled Slug for 22 years now and have never been disappointed. One-shot-one-kill with the longest distance being 72.5 yards. Use them in a Remington 870 slug gun which I call the hammer.

Have been using the Winchester slugs for decades as nothing else ever came close to reliability for accuracy from my shotgun.

I had 3 out of 50 that didn’t fire out of my semi automatic shotty! Other than that get your shoulder ready!

I have harvested 3 deer over the last two years with these slugs. None of the deer had an exit hole and resulted in very little bleeding (hard to follow blood trail), however none of the deer went farther than about 50 yards. Shot placement and range was good on all the deer. I'll be trying a different slug next time around.

I've been buying and using these 12ga Rifled Slugs for years now and they have NOT failed me yet. They are very accurate out to 100-150 yds from a 24" barrel. I use them mainly for Steel Target shooting but I know they will work just as well on game.

These are long time used in my shotguns, got kick but not shoulder breaking and never have a problem with them.

Great ammo to have on hand...made sure I got a few boxes of 5.. highly recommend if you have a 20 gauge

I haven't used a slug gun for some time. I've always used a rifle. I bought the 12 gauge 2-3/4 1 oz slugs and was shocked to see one large ragged hole in the bullseye on my 50 yard target from 3 shots. I moved out to 100 and had a 3" 3 shot group. I'm ordering a case today.

Shoots 3.75" grp's at 100 yds, 3 shot grp's thru my Steven's 301 20ga Turkey shotgun using an Improved Cylinder Choke tube, with a Bushnell lil-p Prism 1x11mm circle dot sight. Only reason for the 4 stars is b/c is burns dirty. Lots of powder & lead fouling In the barrel. Other than that, it would have gotten a 5 star. very happy & I would recommend to a friend.
