1 year agoThe gun really is stiff. Not a smooth reloading process on the pump. I am hoping it really just needs to be broken in a little.

1 year agoThis gun is nice, wood doesn’t feel as nice as you’d hope for being grade II/III. Super stiff when new, after a few hundred shells and a couple cleans it does become smoother. Wish it had a slight bit more weight to it, although it shoulders pretty nicely.

1 year agoIf you’re looking for a basic shotgun that is both reliable and won’t break the bank, the SXP so a great choice. Nice fit and finish, fairly accurate, and nice extras included in the box. The only negative is the synthetic stock gets slippery when wet so make sure you have a firm handle and a sling.
