It shoots ok for cheap ammo. Don't expect very tight groups with it but it's good to use to test your triggers or for reload brass. I shot it through both my AR and mt Howa 1500.

Tried to try the difference in .223 and 5.56 and this brand stamped them both 223. So not sure my experiment had results

Shoots fine out of my Diamondback DB15 as well as my Christensen Arms CA5FIVE6 chambered in .223 Wylde. Average price but more importantly readily available in my area.

Good ammo. Shot well and had no problems through my AR. Only defect was that the cases had some discolorations but does not effect the functionality. Did not do any precise tests for accuracy.

Bought 3 boxes (60 rounds total), and all the rounds fired properly through a rental SW MP AR. Great ammo for target practice. I'm not an expert, but don't see any reason why you'd need to pay for more expensive 556's.
